A good Bill of Quantities lets every bidder price the same scope, so you compare like with like. We prepare structured, tender-ready BOQs with clear item descriptions, specifications, units and quantities.

Our BOQs are written so that contractors cannot misread the scope. Each item states the material, specification, workmanship and the unit of measurement, aligned with CPWD/DSR style descriptions or your organisation's own format.

We can prepare a priced BOQ (with estimated rates) for your internal budget and an unpriced version for tendering, along with a comparative statement template to evaluate bids side by side.
