Overview
Non-Tender Items Rate Analysis services
When work outside the original BOQ is ordered, it needs a fair, defensible rate. We prepare detailed rate analyses for non-tender (NT) and extra items, built up from first principles and supported by market evidence.
Each rate is built up from its components: materials with wastage, labour by trade and output, equipment and tools, water and electricity, contractor's overheads and profit. We follow the CPWD Analysis of Rates (DAR) methodology or your contract's pricing clause.
Supporting quotations and market enquiries are attached, so engineers, consultants and auditors can approve the rate with confidence — whether you are the contractor claiming it or the owner verifying it.
