Overview
Quantity Take-off services
Every reliable budget starts with reliable quantities. Our quantity surveyors measure your project directly from the drawings, element by element, so you know exactly how much concrete, steel, masonry, finishing and services material the job really needs.
We work from architectural, structural and MEP drawings in PDF, DWG or hard-copy scans, and measure every item following IS 1200 modes of measurement (or the method your contract specifies). Each quantity is traceable back to the drawing, grid line and floor it came from, which makes checking and revision straightforward.
Whether you are a builder preparing a tender, a contractor checking a client's BOQ, or an owner who wants to know what the house will really consume, a clean take-off removes guesswork from purchasing, scheduling and cost control.
