Final Billing

Accurate final bills reconciling executed work, variations, recoveries and retention.

Overview

Final Billing services

Closing a project cleanly depends on a correct final bill. We measure the work actually executed, reconcile it against the contract and running bills, and prepare a final account that both parties can sign off.

Final billing brings together everything that happened on site: as-built quantities, approved variations, extra and substituted items, deductions, material reconciliation and retention. We document each figure with supporting measurements so the final account stands up to review.

We can act for the owner (checking a contractor's final bill) or for the contractor (preparing and substantiating the final claim), always keeping the process transparent and contract-based.

What's included

  • Joint or independent measurement of executed work
  • Comparison of executed vs. BOQ quantities (deviation statement)
  • Valuation of variations, extra and substituted items
  • Material reconciliation for client-supplied materials
  • Recoveries – advances, materials, penalties, utilities
  • Retention / security deposit calculations
  • Final abstract and certificate of payment
  • Supporting documentation for audit
